Statistics show that more that 30% of adults in America are overweight and 2%
of adults are underweight. Although it may seem that being underweight is not all bad, it can be just as danerous or even more so than being overweight.

So, what is "Healthy"? Although weight is a significant part of it, it is not all about weight.

The person should be physically
active for a minimum of 60 minutes a day
to prevent weight gain and maintain
cardiovascular health.
